Services

Diamond Architectural LLC provides digital infrastructure services including website development, SEO optimization, analytics implementation, and Google Business Profile management under agreed-upon scope defined in each client engagement.

Payment Terms

Fees are defined in each service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary accounts. Clients retain ownership of their content and data. Diamond Architectural retains ownership of the code, design, and infrastructure we build.

Limitation of Liability

Diamond Architectural LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client data will be provided in a standard export format within 14 days.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables created for them. Diamond Architectural reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
