When using the client portal, we store account credentials securely (hashed), billing information (via Stripe — we never store full card details), and service-related communications.

We use collected information to: respond to service inquiries, provide and manage client services, process payments, send service-related communications, improve our offerings, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with essential service providers (Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, and email delivery services) who are contractually bound to protect your data.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Financial data is handled exclusively through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of our business relationship plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
